About Us

Hey, I’m Laura 👋 the busy mom behind Posta Party Shop, and I’m so excited you’re here!

I'm a busy mom of two, who like you, loves to throw beautiful themed celebrations for my little ones. There’s something magical about creating those perfect moments and memories.

But here’s the thing, every time I wanted to plan an event, I’d spend hours online searching for the perfect supplies from a bunch of different shops. As a busy mom, that wasn't realistic or fun, and that's why I created the Posta Party Box.

I wanted to create a place where parents like you could find everything you need for a gorgeous, cohesive party, and get back to what really matters, spending time with those beautiful kiddos of yours!

How many guests does the party box serve?

Our standard party box serves 8 guests! Easily add additional guests in increments of 8 by selecting your quantity at checkout.

What is included in the party boxes?

 📦 Each Party Box includes everything needed to host a perfectly themed event for 8:

✔️Flatware

✔️Cupcake wrappers and topper (can be use on a cake too)

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada 🇨🇦 coast-to-coast and always offer free shipping on orders over $199.

If you live outside of Canada and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at hello@postapartyshop.com and we will work with you to make your Posta Party dreams come true!

How much does shipping cost?

For any orders over $199, we always offer free standard Canada wide shipping! For orders under $199, we offer flat rate $10 shipping.

You will also have the option to select expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We work to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible! Orders are
always processed in 1-5 business days, and shipping typically takes an
additional 1-5 days. Therefore you can expect to receive your box in 2-10
business days.

If you need your party box sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout that meets your needs. If you need your box in fewer than 5 business days, please email hello@postapartyshop.com and we will work with you to expedite your order.

What is your return policy

We offer hassle free 14 day returns on all unopened and unused product. Please email hello@postapartybox.com and include your order number to initiate a refund.

In order to make returns simple and easy for you, we charge a 10% restocking fee in lieu of return shipping.

Our packages are quite large and expensive to ship, and we do not want to put the burden of return shipping on busy parents. Instead we share the cost of return shipping with you and make it super simple by sending you a pre-paid shipping label for you to attach to your box and send back!

Please note that party boxes must be returned as a whole, we do not offer partial refunds for individual items.

The theme I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?

We're so sorry to hear the theme you had your heart set on is out of stock! Some of our themes are available for pre-order and the estimated delivery date is indicated on that themes page.

If your theme does not indicate it is available for pre-order, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com or select our Custom Party theme for a party uniquely yours!

Will there be more themes available?

Yes, we are constantly working to add new themed party boxes to help you bring your little ones celebration perfect for them!

If you are looking for a specific theme, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com and we can let you know if it will be available soon!

Will all themes be available year round?

All of our party boxes are limited edition. We curate our boxes from only the top brands in party, and many of these speciality brands have limited runs of product.

For our most popular themes, we will work to continue evolving pieces within the party to keep them available, however if you fall in love with a theme you see, we suggest you order it soon to ensure you don't miss it!

My kiddo has requested a unique theme, do you offer custom party themes?

We do!

We know that every little one is unique, and while we try to offer the hottest trending themes we know that some kiddos have their heart set on a party that brings to life their favourite thing! We want to make your life as easy as possible which is why we offer custom party boxes for a small design fee.
