How do I build my party box?

Our standard party box serves 8 guests, add additional guests increments of 8 but selecting additional quantities.

The theme I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

We're so sorry to hear the theme you had your heart set on is out of stock! Some of our themes are available for pre-order and the estimated delivery date is indicated on that themes page.

If your theme does not indicate it is available for pre-order, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com and we will do our best to make your celebration dreams come true!

Will there be more themes available?

Yes, we are constantly working to add new themed party boxes to help you bring your little ones celebration perfect for them!

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada 🇨🇦 coast-to-coast and always offer free shipping on orders over $199.

If you live outside of Canada and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at hello@postapartyshop.com and we will work with you to make your Posta Party dreams happen!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We work to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible! Orders are processed in 14 days, and standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 days. Therefore you can expect to receive your box in approximately 3 weeks.

If you need your party box sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout that meets your needs. If you need your box in fewer than 14 days, please email hello@postapartyshop.com and we will work with you to expedite your order.

Is Shipping Free?

Yes, we always offer free standard Canada wide shipping on any orders over $199! For orders under $199, we offer flat rate $10 shipping.

I accidentailly provided the wrong shipping address, can it be changed?

Please contact us at hello@postapartyshop.com ASAP. As long as the order has not shipped yet, we can assist you in changing the address.

Unfortunately, after an order has shipped we are unable to make any changes. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can work with you to resend it to a new address.

I forgot to add items/additional guests to my order, can I add them now?

Once an order is processed, we cannot add additional items to an order as we do not retain your payment information.

If you you need to add additional guests or add-ons available with the purchase of a party box, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com we can assist you with completing your order.

My item says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

If your item says delivered but was not received, please connect with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle free 14 day returns on all unopened and unused product. Please email hello@postapartybox.com and include your order number to request a refund.

In order to make returns simple and easy for you, we charge a $20 restocking fee in lieu of return shipping.

Our packages are quite large and expensive to ship, and we do not want to put the burden of return shipping on busy mamas. Instead we share the cost of return shipping with you and make it super simple by sending you a pre-paid shipping label for you to attach to your box and send back!

Please note that party boxes must be returned as a whole, we do not offer partial refunds for individual items.

Can I return any of the items in my party box that I don't use?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept partial returns for our party boxes. If you were unable to use all the pieces of your party box, we hope you find opportunities to continue making magical moments in your everyday life! Think themed weekend breakfast or using your accessories for fun play-dates!

My items arrived damaged, can I exchange them?

If your items arrived damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@postapartyshop.com with photos of the damaged goods (we will need this for insurance purposes with the carriers).

We will work with you to replace the items ASAP so you can still enjoy every detail of your Posta Party!

Can I cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com ASAP.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can provide you a full refund without any restocking fee. If your order has already shipped, we can begin the return process for you and you will receive a refund, in accordance with our refund policy, once you have successfully returned the product.

Orders

I need to add additional guests/items after I placed my order, how can I do this?

Once an order is placed, we cannot add additional items to an existing order as we do not retain your payment information. The quickest way to get additional product is to place another order.

However, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com as soon as possible, and if your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to combine your orders to avoid additional shipping charges.

I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

Please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com and we will provide you a store credit for the value of any active discount code you may have.

I forgot to use my gift card, what can I do?

Please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com for assistance. We will need to apply your gift card to a new order, and then refund your previous order to your original method of payment.

Please note, gift cards do not expire, so you are welcome to save your gift card and use it towards a future purchase as well.

Are discount codes stackable?

Generally, discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. However, occasionally we will run multiple stackable promotions at one time.

While we usually specify when discount codes are stackable, you can always try entering more than one discount code and, if they are stackable, both will apply. If not, you will need to choose which code to use and apply only that one.
